Attach the coping and the masonite

For more info on how to attach coping, visit our Attaching Coping tutorial. However, there is one catch to this. The coping must be cut at an angle so that it meets flush at the angles with no gaps. If you don't have the proper equipment to do this you will need to find someone with metal working equipment. It may also be a good idea to weld the three pieces of pipe together and grind off the excess weld to ensure no gaps or bumps.

Next, it is time to start screwing on the masonite. I won't do any explaining for this part because it is straight forward enough. If you need more help on this step you can refer to our Screwing on Plywood tutorial for more info.

Finish adding the masonite

The end is in sight! Just screw the rest of the masonite onto the ledge and it's time to ride.

@mayballsaretoxic: It means it's 4 feet by 8 feet in size. In the imperial measurement system, ' means foot, and " means inches.
